This is the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agency. I have my car, supplemental health insurance, and renters insurance with them. Always super helpful in customer service! Chloe especially, is amazing! Quick responses and she don't mind going over details of any policy at all. I luckily have not had to file any claims yet but I have family that have. They where super good in taking care of my family when they had a major accident. So I know they are great when the crap hits the fan. HIGHLY recommend, and thanks again to Chloe for always being so helpful and ready to answer any questions I have. She is also great at trying to find ways to save me money and get me more for my money every chance she gets!

Johnathon the adjuster was very thorough on his inspection and caught couple things I had missed. Inspected and check issued same day. Can’t say enough good things about the team at Lockmiller Agency/StateFarm! Chloe has been especially helpful with getting me quotes on another family home, and helping me figure out about the impact shingles discounts available. Also went over my liability coverage on home and auto. I will be making a few changes at her recommendations.
