"I have been with state farm since i could drive. Theyve been my 1st car ins and still my current! Never had a problem and theyve always been super informative and nice. I even had a situation after a wreck where people tried to sue me for whatever reason. State farm had my back with their lawyer and the people didn't even continue to try and persue the case! So yeah. Good price, great service, and have been reliable and easy to work with since day 1, so thats about 10 years of experience with them, still 5-star satisfied, and highly recommended in my experience. They are all great, but if you speak to Chloe, shes the girl! Awesome woman, does great at her job, and is a pleasure to speak to. Any experience with the State Farm people is easy peasy, because of the wonderful people that work there."

"Chloe McNutt reached out to me (I had a renter's policy with State Farm) and asked if there was any way they could meet any more of my family's insurance needs. By the Lord's timing, I had just been talking to my wife about how we need to get life insurance after having sold our previous home. Well, after talking to Chloe, getting rates for that insurance, and investigating the safety of State Farm in general, it became apparent to me that entrusting them--a local office just a few miles from my residence--with this was the right decision. We talked more about replacing my auto policy with Alfa, and although it wasn't going to be cheaper, Chloe informed me about safe driving discounts that can be capitalized on via installing a safe driving beacon in the vehicle. She also informed me that with my current health, we might even qualify for even cheaper-than-expected life insurance. Less than 2 weeks after getting my auto policy moved over I had to get a tow, and I was able to easily access help through the app to see my policy and call their office to make sure it was already in force. In the past I've had to call about 3-4 different Alfa offices (probably my fault) to get to the right people for help. Their app, also, is clunky to use and annoying, since it requires 2FA through email--or, at least mine did. That would prove very frustrating when I was not in a place with good wifi/data signal. Overall, I can't recommend this group enough, and particularly Chloe, with helping you discern your insurance needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. It's been such a timely help to my family, and the whole office has been exceedingly personable and kind to us."
